Strategy development:
GIA has worked with multiple organizations in the development of their program, investment and grant-making strategies. While each project has presented unique questions and challenges for exploration, the GIA team has developed a structured approach to strategy development that consistently informs its work: Utilizing a combination of internal and external experts, GIA engages with the client to understand the problems that they are trying to address, the environment in which they operate, and relevant organizational constraints that need to be taken into consideration. GIA then facilitates a series of discussions with key stakeholders and develops analyses and content to support the strategy, including, but not limited to: financial modeling, demand modeling, portfolio analysis, and stakeholder analysis. Through an iterative, collaborative process, the strategy and a plan for its roll-out take shape; the result is a strategy with an integrated execution model to support successful implementation.
